Your satisfaction is important to us. This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Atelieradele, owned and managed by Matthias Koenig and located at Ahornstrasse 21, 4952 Eriswil, Switzerland.

Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• The item must be in its original condition
• All original tags must remain attached
• The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible
• Proof of purchase may be required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us promptly and provide your order details and clear photographs so we can review the issue.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after your request has been approved. Please do not return an item without contacting us and receiving return instructions first.
